    Growing up Nick was always fascinated with the Construction Industry. Knowing that Construction was in his DNA, he began his journey. At age 22, Nick decided to start a construction company; specializing in handyman services and remodeling contracts. He grew his business into a thriving entity comprised of general contracting, tenant improvements, heating & cooling, and handyman services. His goal is to provide cost effective, high quality construction services to our clients. Never afraid to try out new things, Nick is always one step ahead of everyone else. A family man, he’s always up for spending quality time together boating, barbequing, and vacationing.

    Director of Operations
    Steve is an experienced construction, manufacturing and management executive with 25 years of experience. After obtaining a degree from West Hills College, Steve worked in the cabinet and construction industry for fifteen years. During that time, he worked as a General Manager for two medium sized companies and served as the Assistant Vice President for a large, publically held property management company. Steve is well known for his ability to lead a team and have them come together to finish even the most arduous task.

    Steve consistently strives to maximize the company through job costing and refining all aspects of the operation. His motto is “To increase margins by efficiency”.

Jim attended San Diego State where he majored in Business Management.  With his expansive knowledge of construction practices and unparalleled experience in kitchen design he will make sure that your kitchen is beautiful, functional and exceeds your expectations. He and his wife have been married for 53 years. They have 3 grown children and enjoy spending time with their 6 grandchildren.

These skills she mastered at Motion Corp where Mrs. Lee served as head of finance for 4 years. During her tenure, Mrs. Lee secured multiple lines of credit totaling over 20 million. Prior to joining Motion Corp, Mrs. Lee was the VP and Controller for Lennar’s Operations in Las Vegas. With over 10 years of homebuilding experience, Mrs. Lee brings valuable insight into residential construction and production building. With an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Northeastern State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Her accounting career spans nearly two decades. Mrs. Lee currently manages all accounting, tax, finance, and the administrative activities associated with SWCC.
